Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

This policy explains how imageprompt.online (the “Site”) handles data when providing its image-to-prompt tool, website analytics, feedback channel, and any advertising services that may be enabled in the future. The Site is independently operated by the imageprompt.online team under the imageprompt.online brand.

1. Information we process

1.1 Core tool without registration

You do not need an account to use the tool. To generate a prompt, the Site processes the image you upload or image URL you provide, your selected output format and language, your IP address, and basic request information needed to secure the service.

1.2 Image processing and Google Gemini

Uploaded images pass through our server and are sent to the Google Gemini API to generate the prompt you request. Our application code does not write uploaded images to our persistent database or cloud storage, and we do not maintain them as a user image gallery after processing. Google’s handling of data it receives is governed by its terms and Privacy Policy.

Do not upload identity documents, medical or financial records, biometric data, trade secrets, or other sensitive material that you are not authorized to provide to a third party for processing.

1.3 Feedback submissions

When you submit the Contact form, we process the feedback category, message, optional email address, current page URL, interface language, IP address, User-Agent, and submission time. We use an email address only to respond. Submissions may be stored in Upstash Redis and, when email forwarding is configured, processed by Resend. The system keeps up to the 500 most recent submissions; older entries are removed as new ones arrive, and we may delete records earlier when no longer needed.

2. Cookies, local storage, and analytics

We use cookies or local storage for language and theme preferences. Google Consent Mode denies analytics and advertising storage by default. Google Analytics loads only after you explicitly choose “Allow analytics,” and may then process page visits, device and browser type, approximate region, and Site interactions using cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers, or similar technologies. We use aggregated information to maintain security, diagnose problems, and improve the Site.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser and can use Google’s Analytics opt-out tools. Blocking preference cookies may prevent language or theme settings from being retained.

3. Google advertising and third-party advertising technologies

If the Site enables Google AdSense or another Google advertising product, Google and its advertising partners may place or read cookies in your browser and may collect information through web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. Depending on your settings, region, and applicable law, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

The current code does not grant ad storage, ad user data, or ad personalization consent. Before enabling Google ads for users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we will use a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB TCF to collect and record the required choices. Google ads will remain disabled in those regions until that configuration is complete.

4. Purposes and service providers

We process data only as needed to:

  • provide image analysis and prompt generation;
  • secure the service, limit abuse, and diagnose errors;
  • respond to feedback and partnership inquiries;
  • analyze aggregate traffic and improve the Site;
  • serve and measure ads and prevent invalid traffic if advertising is enabled; and
  • comply with law or protect legitimate rights.

For these purposes, data may be processed by Google (Gemini, Analytics, and AdSense if enabled), Upstash, Resend, Vercel, and necessary hosting or security providers. We do not sell uploaded images, feedback content, or contact details.

5. Security, international processing, and retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access to server credentials is restricted. Providers may operate in multiple countries, so data may be processed outside your jurisdiction. Apart from feedback records described above, log retention may depend on our hosting, security, and third-party provider configurations and policies.

6. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly use child-directed activity for personalized advertising. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information and you want to request deletion.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of feedback data we hold, or object to or restrict certain processing. You can also manage browser cookies and Google ad settings. Users in some regions may receive additional consent or privacy controls where required.

8. Contact and policy changes

For privacy or data questions, email market@imageprompt.online. We will update this policy and the date above when our data flows or providers change materially.
